We will stop for bathroom/water refill at the New Almaden parking lot for a bathroom/water break before heading back to Los Gatos. DESCRIPTION:Sunday Road Ride (February 8\, 2026): Montebello\nDear team\,\nLet’s take advantage of the clear roads this Super Bowl Sunday and ride!\nThis Sunday we will ascend Montebello from the clockwise direction\, beginning from Mike’s Bikes in Los Gatos. We will approach Montebello by heading up Highway 9\, turning right on Pierce and descending Mount Eden to arrive at Steven’s Canyon. We will stop for bathroom/water refill at the base of Steven’s Canyon and Mount Eden (on the left hand side). From there\, we will climb Montebello. After descending\, we will head back to Mike’s Bikes via Saratoga neighborhoods. The ride is 37 miles in duration with 3\,878 ft of elevation gain. DESCRIPTION:Hello team\,\nThis Sunday\, we will head to IBM from the counter clockwise direction\, ascending from the north entrance. Before beginning the ascent\, we will stop for bathroom and water refill at the Almaden Quicksilver Park Mockingbird Hill Entrance. Upon completing the climb\, we will do a celebratory lap around the IBM campus before beginning the descent down the north entrance (same side we came up) and heading back to Mike’s Bike’s in Los Gatos.\nThe route is 30 miles with 2\,200 ft of elevation gain. We will meet at Mike’s Bike’s in Los Gatos and 8:30 am and wheels will roll at 8:35 am sharp. This is a no-drop ride.
