Sat., July 19 – Saturday Sufferbus with Brian Paden

All right slow spokes, you know the drill. Saturday is Sufferday. We’ll regroup at the tops/bottoms of hills and top up bottles midride. This ride should be accessible to most as the hard efforts will be laps on IBM.
The plan is to do some short race practice drills at the top of IBM. We can do some 3 lap practice races and some 2v1 drills. These drills are optional. Feel free to hang out and watch club-mates beat themselves up.
Bring both legs, helmet, and flat repair essentials (don’t be that guy). Meet at 8:30 for an 8:33 rollout.
