Dear team,
Happy New Year!
This Sunday we will ascend Montebello from the clockwise direction, beginning from Mike’s Bikes in Los Gatos. We will approach Montebello by heading up Highway 9, turning right on Pierce and descending Mount Eden to arrive at Steven’s Canyon. We will stop for bathroom/water refill at the base of Steven’s Canyon and Mount Eden (on the left hand side). From there, we will climb Montebello. After descending, we will head back to Mike’s Bikes via Saratoga neighborhoods. The ride is 37 miles in duration with 3,878 ft of elevation gain. Wheels roll at 8:35 am.
