Meet at Mike’s Bikes at 8:30am for a 8:33am suffer bus departure. Bring your climbing legs for two hefty grinds up and over Patchen Pass. Our efforts will be rewarded with the epic descent of Soquel San Jose Road and the return descent on Old Santa Cruz Highway. Much of the route is shaded by redwoods which will be nice as we enter the heat of Summer. We will regroup at the top and bottom of climbs, but be prepared for a workout.
