Saturday, Nov. 22 – Hwy. 9, Page Mill, Alpine

Join me…for a lovely ride up 9, across Skyline, and down Page Mill, then add on a small bonus of crossing over Arastradero, then down Alpine to Foothill and on back to LG.
I plan to do tempo on the climbs (for me, I’m not super strong uphill), and probably high z2 on the flats (less than tempo).
I plan to regroup at the top of long climbs and bottom of long descents.
Remember to bring plenty of drink mix, fuel, and stuff to fix a flat tire. Just in case.
