The Auburn Downtown crit is this weekend (May 15), but they were struggling to get enough riders registered to make the race happen. Madera Stage Race is coming up but is also in the same boat as Auburn and needs at least 200 registered otherwise the event is at risk of been cancelled. At the end of the month is Memorial Day weekend which will see Folsom Crit (Spring Edition) being on and it usually is the weekend for Mt Hamilton road race but I haven’t heard any word on that race, it is not on the calendar so I assume it is not on.
15 – Auburn Crit
21-22 – Madera Stage Race
28 – Folsom Crit
As far as local racing goes, Wednesday Night track racing has started up and the twilight practice crits with SJBC have started up but are also on Wednesday nights, check out the websites for more details.
