Please note, this is the SUNDAY ride starting from Mike’s Bikes in Los Gatos.  Wheels roll at 8:30.

Route will head along Winchester Blvd and left onto Dave’s.  We will travel the neighborhoods until we come out on Stevens Canyon Rd.  At the intersection with Mt. Eden we will stop at Cooley Picnic Area on the right for bathrooms and water.  After a short stop you have the option to (1) go over Mt Eden to Saratoga (2) follow Stevens Canyon Rd to the end and then do Redwood Gulch (for an additional 4 miles), or (3) straight to Redwood Gulch.  Due to construction we will CAREFULLY and SLOWLY descend Highway 9, being careful to avoid running into a stopped car at the Sanborn Creek bridge.  We will regroup with those who chose Mt Eden in Saratoga and enjoy an easy spin back to Mike’s Bikes.

Route is roughly 27 miles, 2,100 ft of climbing.
