The Leadership Team (Board, Race Directors, and Committee Chairs) held the August meeting today (we skipped July). Some highlights:

Racing is in full swing, with Dirt, Woman’s, and Road all having success
Chris Peck and son Justin took 1st place in the Team event at Breck Epic Stage Race
Megan Brinkmeyer took 1st at Patterson Pass RR and San Ardo RR, and several 2nd place finishes
Aaron Hanna took 21 out of 100+ in the Tahoe Trail 100 MTB race
Ben Dodge took 2nd at the Livermore Criterium
Several others are racing and achieving success on dirt and pavement!
Cyclocross racing (Calendar Link) and at least 4 more road races are scheduled
