The Leadership Team (Board, Race Directors, and Committee Chairs) held the October meeting today. Some highlights:
- 2024 Board Elections started today (see the email a few minutes ago from Chris)
- Thanks to everyone involved in making the elections happen
- Dirt Race Team update:

- Several races in Santa Cruz this past weekend, several LGBRC families in attendance
- More races on calendar, some offering free entry for new racers

- Continuing with TexMarket for 2024 kit
- Members will have an opportunity to try on samples in early December
- Please join us Saturday and/or Sunday for group road rides from Mike’s Bikes in Los Gatos
- Arrive by 8:30, wheels rolling by 8:35
- Clothing Committee and Member Engagement Committee are both in need of someone to lead them
- Next Leadership meeting will be January 29, 2024
